A progressive, skills-based workshop exploring inversions with clarity, confidence, and safety.

We'll break down key drills for crow, headstand (tripod and forearm), dolphin into pincha (forearm balance), and handstand confidence building. A strong focus is placed on how to safely enter and exit inversions — including bail-out and falling strategies that make being upside down feel more manageable and less intimidating.

Expect clear instruction, intelligent progressions, and layered options throughout. More advanced variations will be offered for those who want to go further, while keeping the session accessible and grounded.

The workshop includes optional partner work for spotting and feedback. You'll leave with practical drills you can take home and build on.

What we'll cover.

  • Crow pose
  • Headstand — tripod and forearm variations
  • Dolphin into Pincha (forearm balance)
  • Handstand confidence building
  • Safe entries, exits, and bail-out strategies
  • Optional partner spotting and feedback
  • Take-home drills for continued practice

Suitable for regular yoga practitioners. You don't need to already be doing inversions.
